The 182-room hotel is built on the 150-hectare multi-use retail, resort, residential, and recreational zone known as Remarkables Park.
John Jones Steel was awarded the contract to supply and erect the 690 tonnes of steel required for this 5-storey project. Our in-house draughting team produced the shop drawings, our Timaru workshop fabricated the steel, and then our trucks transported the final product to the Queenstown site for our site team to erect.
